About the Role: 
Sitecore is experiencing rapid global growth, and to continue this success, we are looking for talented consultants to join our Professional Services team. At Sitecore, we are committed to delivering cutting-edge technology solutions that drive customer success. The Delivery Consultant role sits within Sitecore’s CVR Services Solutions Hub (Kuala Lumpur), a centralized team supporting our global Professional Services and Customer Success organizations.
 
This is a non–client-facing delivery role focused on the accurate execution of defined activities, documentation quality and adherence to process.
 
As a Delivery Consultant, you will contribute to technical delivering advisory, customer success and project-management-related tasks that ensure operational excellence and consistent value realization for customers. You’ll work closely with regional teams to maintain delivery quality, accuracy, and alignment with established standards and workflows.
 
What You’ll Do: 
  • Execute standardized, repeatable technical and operational workflows across Advisory, Customer Success, and Project Management functions.
  • Prepare customer-facing technical deliverables and engagement artifacts, including technical assessment reports, kickoff decks, and Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations etc.
  • Maintain accurate data in Certinia, Salesforce, and related systems to support reporting and customer success metrics.
  • Follow established processes and documentation standards to ensure consistent, high-quality deliverables.
  • Collaborate with field consultants to support health monitoring, adoption tracking, and project execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies and documenting best practices.
  
What You Need to Succeed: 
  • 3 years of experience in consulting or customer success roles.
  • Proven ability working in headless/front-end architectures - using modern frameworks like React, Angular or Vue to consume APIs and deliver decoupled user interfaces
  • Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Proficiency in structured documentation and presentation preparation.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting experience (Excel, Power BI, or equivalent tools).
  • Collaborative mindset, able to work effectively across distributed and multicultural teams.
  
Additional Skills That Set You Apart: 
  • Sitecore Knowledge: Experience with Sitecore products and familiarity with the Sitecore ecosystem.
